Velo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users, and we are not a party to agreements between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Velo if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Velo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
